 We apologize if you are having problems viewing our Canon VB-60 Camera. Apparently it was not designed to work with Internet Explorer and W3 Standards. It will work if IE's security settings are reduced to the lowest level per Canons recommendation. Canon recommends reducing security setting to their lowest level in order to control and view the VB-60 camera. The VB-60 Camera does work with Firefox and Google Chrome browsers.
