STARTERS

Butternut Squash Bisque
Turtle Soup au Sherry
Seafood Gumbo

Shrimp and Goat Cheese Crepes
Goat cheese filled crepes topped with fresh Louisiana Gulf shrimp in a buttery sauce of chardonnay,  onion, bell pepper and tomato

Wild Mushroom Gnocchi
Tossed in a cream sauce with Tasso ham, spinach and sage, topped with shaved Parmesan cheese

Duck Rillettes 
A slow roasted duck spread flavored with thyme and juniper, served with toast points, cherry chutney and toasted walnuts

Muriel’s House Salad
Mixed baby greens tossed in a pomegranate vinaigrette with shaved sweet onion and manchego cheese

Warm Spinach  Salad
Baby spinach and frisee lettuce tossed in a warm Applewood bacon vinaigrette, topped with diced hard boiled egg and pickled red onion
