The health and safety of our guests and employees are our highest priorities. We pledge to serve our guests in a manner that protects everyone while ensuring a memorable, enjoyable dining experience for our guests. We will work to ensure all facets of our restaurant operations meet and exceed guidelines designed to keep our guests and employees safe. Social and physical distancing requirements will be met or exceeded through the changes we have made to our seating plans. We will continue to strive and deliver on our mission to make people happy, and more than ever, we will enjoy the thrill of doing so.

Safety Measures for Team Members

  • Strict hand washing protocols are in practice for all staff members.
  • Business hours and staffing levels are modified to facilitate health and social distancing protocols.
  • We are nurturing a pro-vaccination environment in our restaurant and as a result, our employee vaccination rate is at 100%.

Social Distancing and Health Screening Procedures

  • Tables and seating areas have been modified to comply with occupancy and assembly regulations.
  • As always, we adhere to ServSafe® standards and wash, rinse, and sanitize all food contact surfaces, dishware, utensils, food preparation surfaces, and beverage equipment after use.

Additional Sanitation and Mitigation Steps

  • As recommended by the CDC, clothed tables have been replaced with new mahogany table tops in our first floor Bistro.
  • Hand sanitizer is stationed in public and back-of-house areas throughout the restaurant.
  • Foot and arm door openers are installed in restrooms and on the front door.
  • Air purifiers have been placed throughout the restaurant.

Safe and Hospitable Service

  • Service techniques have been modified to facilitate physical distancing and best practices in sanitation while maintaining our gracious approach.
  • Reservations are limited to ensure the consistent execution of safety-centric service.
  • Menus will be wiped down after each use or available on your mobile phone.
  • Wrapped straws are offered by request.
  • Packaging will be supplied to you at your table for the convenient boxing of your leftovers.
  • Staff will follow updated protocols designed to place and remove dishes with care and expedience, minimizing physical contact at the table.
